Starting out in humble beginnings Zain Group initiated its first business venture in the hotel industry of UAE with the opening of Zain Furnished Apartments in the year 1992.

Within a short span of 10 years Zain Group has grown to own four hotels ï¿½ The Dream Land Hotel Apartments established in 1993 & the Royalton Hotel in 1997. Zain East Hotel was incepted in1998 & the Zain International Hotel in 2003. Our luxury hotels are perfect for business or leisure travelers or for those looking for an elegant and understated place to unwind.
